Dredd Posted September 26, 2019 Share Posted September 26, 2019 Θέμα για τα νέα και τις κυκλοφορίες της Image, της 3ης σε πωλήσεις κόμικς στις ΗΠΑ μετά από Marvel και DC, Κάνω αρχή με τα νέα για την σχεδιαστική ομάδα του πολύ επιτυχημένου Wicked & Divine, που έγραφε ο Kieron Gillen, και κλείνει σιγά σιγά την πορεία του. Οι Jamie McKelvie και Matt Wilson, ετοιμάζουν κάτι που μάλλον θα είναι sci-fi, αν κρίνουμε από το promo εξώφυλλο. Αναμένεται κάποια στιγμή το 2020. Dredd Posted October 18, 2019 Author Share Posted October 18, 2019 Αρχές Νοεμβρίου κυκλοφορεί το Undiscovered Country, από το All-Star cast συγγραφέων Scott Snyder ( American Vampire, A.D. After Death με τον Jeff Lemire και προφανώς ένα σκασμό Batman ) και Charles Soule ( Daredevil, Letter 44 στην Oni-Press το οποίο είναι δικιά μου guilty pleasure, Darth Vader, Poe Dameron κ.α. ). Σχέδιο θα κάνει ο Giuseppe Camuncoli,ο οποίος έχει δουλέψει με τον Soule στο Darth Vader, αλλά είναι πιο γνωστός για τα μολύβια του στο Hellblazer την εποχή που το έγραφε ο Peter Milligan και ως το τέλος του πρώτου run. Ο τίτλος θα αναφέρεται σε μια μελλοντική Αμερική που έχει κόψει δεσμούς με όλον τον υπόλοιπο κόσμο για πάνω από 30 χρόνια. Το αξιοσημείωτο είναι ότι, λόγω προφανώς των συντελεστών, οι προπαραγγελίες είναι πολύ υψηλές, με αποτέλεσμα η Image να έχει προγραμματίσει να τυπώσει πολύ μεγάλο αριθμό για την πρώτη έκδοση, σχεδόν 100.000 κομμάτια. Από τις φωτογραφίες που βάζω από κάτω θα δείτε ότι είναι ένα όμορφο κόμικ, αν και όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο σχεδιαστικά. το σενάριο όμως μου λέει κάτι, οπότε μάλλον θα το τιμήσω. Dredd Posted October 21, 2019 Author Share Posted October 21, 2019 Σε ελληνικά/διεθνή νέα, το Coffin Bound #2, που σχεδιάζει η DaNi, πούλησε περίπου 14.08 χιλιάδες τεύχη τον μήνα Σεπτέμβριο, όντας στο νούμερο 188 της λίστας. 1ο της image στη λίστα ήταν, εκτός συναγωνισμού, το επετειακό Spawn #300 με 324.000 και 2ο το Die #7 του Kieron Gillen με 25,85 χιλιάδες. GreekComicFan Posted October 21, 2019 Share Posted October 21, 2019 Εδώ οι αριθμοί είναι διαφορετικοί, αλλά το νόημα είναι το ίδιο και στις 2. λίστες Το Coffin Bound συνεχίζει να πηγαίνει καλά, και το Spawn 300 ξεπέρασε σε πωλήσεις ένα νέο νούμερο 1 ενός σκέτου, χωρίς άρθρα και επίθετα, Spider-Man, που γράφτηκε από έναν μεγαλοπαράγοντα του Χόλιγουντ (γιατί περισσότερο παράγοντας είναι πλέον ο Έιμπρααμς, παρά σκηνοθέτης), και το οποίο ήλπιζαν να τους πουλήσει 1 εκατομμύριο αντίτυπα. Dredd Posted November 8, 2019 Author Share Posted November 8, 2019 Με πάνω από 85.000 αντίτυπα τελικά, το Undiscovered Country αποτελεί το δεύτερο καλύτερο ξεκίνημα, για τίτλο της Image, την τελευταία δεκαετία. Πρώτο παραμένει το Jupiter's Legacy του Millar, με 125.00 αντίτυπα, αν και τότε η Image είχε κάνει μεγάλες προσφορές στα μαγαζιά, για να κάνουν μεγάλες παρραγγελίες του τίτλου. "Real family horror story" τη χαρακτηρίζει στο newsletter του ο Lemire, και λέει πως έγιναν λίγες παραγγελίες οπότε περιμένει ότι θα εξαντληθεί γρήγορα ? . Βάζω preview και μία συνέντευξη. Πρωταγωνιστής, ένας συγγραφέας pulp ιστοριών (μικρές νουβέλες που κυκλοφορούσαν σε φτηνές εκδόσεις με χαρτί εφημερίδας) τον οποίο καταδιώκουν ληστές τραπεζών, ναζί κατάσκοποι και παλιοί προσωπικοί εχθροί. Και το όνομα αυτής, Fire Power, με τον Κρις Σάμνι στο σχέδιο. Η σειρά δείχνει να δανείζεται στοιχεία από το Iron Fist και θα ξεκινήσει το Μάιο του 2020. Σύνοψη. Σε σημείωση του σε τεύχος του Criminal, ο Brubaker επευφημεί τον Kirkman για το τελευταίο τεύχος του Walking Dead, αναφέρει ότι αυτός τον έπεισε να παέι στην Image και υπενθυμίζει ότι, πληρώνοντας από την τσέπη του, ο συγγραφέας του Walking Dead, προσέθεσε ένα έγχρωμο preview του Criminal, βοηθώντας τον έτσι να κάνει τη δουλειά αυτή γνωστή στους πολλούς αναγνώστες του. Dredd Posted December 21, 2019 Author Share Posted December 21, 2019 Αφού αναμόρφωσε το παρόν και το μέλλον των μεταλλαγμένων στη Marvel, με τα House of X και Powers of X, o Jonathan Hickman επιστρέφει στην Image τον Μάρτιο, με μια ιστορία για ένα εκτελεστή ο οποίος.... έχει καλούς τρόπους! Με ανάλογη ονομασία, το Decorum θα είναι σχεδιασμένο από τον Mike Huddleston (Harley Quinn,The Strain), o οποίος έκανε πολλά εξώφυλλα για τις τελευταίες δουλειές του συγγραφέα στη Marvel. Θα είναι το Jupiter's Requiem, και θα τοποθετείται χρονικά στο μέλλον. Βρε λες να το δοκιμάσω; Έχω βαρεθεί να διαβάζω 4τευχα από τον Millar τα οποία ποτέ δεν συνεχίζονται.....
